We’ve had to leave London and are looking for someone to take over the lease of our lovely one-bed flat in Mile End/Bow. The flat is spacious and has a nice kitchen/dining/living room, a huge bedroom with big inbuilt wardrobes, new kitchen and bathroom and a small balcony. It stays super warm in winter, bills are really cheap (only has electricity which has been £20 a month) and the internet connection is really fast.

The flat is part-furnished. The dining table and chairs, dark grey sofa, bed, mattress and bedside tables all come with the flat. We’re also selling the other sofa, the TV, coffee table, rug and desk if you’re interested in any of them.

It’s in a great location, 5 minutes to Bow Road tube (District and Hammersmith lines), Bow Church (DLR) and 10 minutes to Mile End (Central line). Roman Road which has heaps of cafes and restaurants and a big Tesco is 5 minutes away and Victoria Park is a 10 minute walk.

Rent is £1425 a month and the lease runs to 1 March 2021 at which point you could renegotiate with the agent. We’re looking to transfer the lease ASAP but are pretty flexible on exact dates. For the lease to be transferred you’ll need to be approved by the agent which is a straightforward process.
