The double bedroom is small but has lots of built in storage and large double doors that open into the living room, making the most of the space and light. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and houses a cupboard with a washer/dryer.
The flat is small but perfectly formed! It has a lot of built-in storage including large wardrobes, shelving and a desk area for a computer/laptop. It is on the first floor above a commercial property (with a secure entry-phone system) and benefits from a covered balcony with a bench where there is space to keep a bike. There are ten privately owned flats in the block and it has a lot of character – the neighbours are all lovely and friendly!Parking is available in Cleaver Square if you buy a residents parking permit, otherwise there is pay and display outside the flat. It is just outside the Charging Congestion zone.

Situated only 5 minutes walk from Kennington tube (zone 2 – on both Charing Cross and Bank branches of the Northern line which reaches Waterloo in 4 minutes). Lambeth North (Bakerloo) and Vauxhall station (Victoria line and overground) are within 10 minutes walk.
There are several bus stops with services to central London very close. It takes only 15 mins to walk to Westminster and 30mins to walk to Covent Garden.
Food shopping is easy - a Tesco Metro moments from the flat and a large Tescos 5 minutes walk away.
The flat is located on Cleaver Street which runs into a beautiful Georgian square, Cleaver Square, with the fantastic Prince of Wales pub, and a park area where boules is a popular pastime!
