It consists of a kitchen and a good-sized lounge area which can be configured in different ways. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, hob, extractor fan, fridge and washing machine. The lounge area has a large, full height, built-in storage cupboard, providing ample space to hide bulkier things away.

Application process

References / checks will be carried out. A holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent will be taken (a receipt will be provided) and, once the tenancy is agreed, a security deposit equivalent to five week's rent will be taken and held in a deposit protection scheme for the duration of the tenancy.
