The kitchen has a cooker, hob, extractor fan, fridge and washing machine. The large living space across the top floor has a window with Juliet balcony at the back and ample space for a sofa, table and chairs, book shelves, and more (the current tenants have a football table!) - this space has been configured in several different ways in the past according to the tenants' needs. There is also inbuilt eaves storage in this room.

The area and transport

The Castle Leisure Centre is at the end of the road offering a gym, swimming pool, sports hall and spa. There's a nice, landscaped green space opposite the flat. The Southwark Playhouse Theatre is just a few minutes' walk away. Other attractions and places of interest, such as the Southbank, the River, Tate Modern, Bermondsey, Borough Market, Kennington with its great pubs etc. are all walkable or easily accessed by public transport.

Application process

References / checks will be carried out. A holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent will be taken and, once the tenancy is agreed, a security deposit equivalent to five week's rent will be taken and held in a deposit protection scheme for the duration of the tenancy.
