This is a very light and spacious one bedroom flat. The last occupants, who are moving out because they have bought a house, said how much they loved how light the flat was and how quickly plants would grow.

The boiler is new, it was replaced just a couple of years ago. The flat is very warm in winter and cool in summer.

Brixton tube station is about 7 minutes walk away and Oval tube about 12 minutes. There are good bus services, right outside the front door, into the West End and City.

Local shops, supermarket and market are also 7 minutes walk away. There are bars, clubs, pubs, restaurants all close by.
