Other furniture is available if wanted (current tenants moving abroad so will leave as much or little as you want).

Five minutes’ walk from the flat are the shops, pubs and restaurants of Crystal Palace, the leisure centre and open spaces of Crystal Palace park, including access to the green chain walk.  From Crystal Palace station (a 5-8 minute walk away) you can get to London Victoria (26 mins), London Bridge (23 mins), Clapham Junction(18 mins) and east London and the city via the East London line (Canada Water:18 mins, Shoreditch High Street 28 mins) a slightly longer walk takes you to Penge East with a line going into Brixton and Victoria and a Thameslink service into the city. 

The flat suits a professional couple or single person. It is unfortunately not suitable for families. There is a no pet policy in the building. Utility bills are not included in the rent which is per calendar month.

Wehave lived in this flat for the past three years and have loved every minute ofit.  Theneighbours are all very friendly and more than happy to offer help if you everneed it. There is never any noise from any of the surrounding apartments and wehave always found it to be a very peaceful place to live as well as it beingsecure as it’s on the top floor. Ifyou have a car then there are two off road parking spaces at the property whichnone of the other residents currently use. 

We will be sad to leave Flat 6 and South London, but know that whoever moves intothe flat after us will have a cosy, peaceful base in one of the bestneighbourhoods in London.

NB the photos displayed showed previous tenants who switched around the bedroom and living room so the larger room was the bedroom - however either configuration is possible.
