We still have 5 months on the contract, and therefore we are looking for a replacement tenant to finish up the contract by the 25th of November. Once the contract is finished and you are happy with the flat, you may have the possibility to enter a new yearly contract.

There are local corner shops just across the street as well as several supermarkets within a short walking distance including Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Aldi. You also have countless local restaurants, coffee shops, terraces, and pubs. All this just at your doorstep.
There are many nice parks close by, such as Tooting Bec park at 7 min walk, or Clapham Common Park at 15 min walk.
