A bit about us!
We are former students with two young children and two old Labradors and we have a recently-refurbished 4 double-bedroom student property now available to let in the heart of the student area of Kensington.
We put our trust in you with guarantees from your parents/similar rather than running official credit checks or charging you for extras. This means that our prices are probably the lowest around whilst our property is probably one of the nicest around!
All bedrooms are double and furnished with bed, desk, chair and wardrobes (some are fitted wardrobes). The downstairs is open-plan with kitchen/lounge/dining room kitted out with dishwasher and washing machine.
£80 per bedroom per week, which includes utilities (gas, electric, water and superfast broadband).
We are always on hand via text/whatsapp or phone call to answer questions, help out with issues or provide any advice about the area or university.
The house is just a 20 minute walk from the various universities, and conveniently located just minutes from many supermarkets, fast food shops and major bus routes into the city centre. We are happy to consider rental either as a whole house or individual rooms, equating to £80/week inclusive of bills (water, electricity, gas and high speed fibre broadband). We are animal lovers (with a vet in the family!) so all pets considered!
