Room in a Shared House, Quiet Waters Close, BN16

Hiya! I am a female living with my Samoyed (dog). I have a 3 bedroom house with a garden in Angmering. I am looking for a lodger for my large double bedroom with own private bathroom, within the room there is a sideboard for a TV, Large mirror, chest of drawers, lamp and a double bed. This room is particularly large for you to have your own living space in there also. The private bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet, sink and mirror. There is a kitchen, downstairs toilet, lounge area and garden that you can use, although would appreciate if I am there; that particularly the lounge and garden, are respected so that I can have my own space.
