Room in a Shared Flat, Bittern Way, SG6

I have 1 room large double to rent in my home located in Letchworth Garden City,Grange. 
It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not the train station is just 10 minutes walk, we have local shops like Tesco's express nearby.
The room is furnished with bed, dresser and tv. Other utilities are not included. I will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.  Ideally I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me. Thanks.
