Room in a Shared House, Leiston, IP16

1 Double room to rent in a 2 bedroom house end of terrace house.
1 bathroom, toilet downstairs, kitchen and living room, garden with a shed and own parking space. Bathroom, kitchen and living room would be shared.

Bedroom would be fully furnished. King sized bed with storage underneath. Would be able to put a wardrobe or chest of drawers in the room too and there is a large cupboard for storage too

Currently just me a professional 23 year old girl who works from home however I spend the majority of the week/weekends away so I am probably only home a few days a week/ occasional weekends. I also have a dog.

Council tax band B. Train station is close but would require driving to. Bus routes and supermarket in relative walking distance but can get food shopping delivered.

I would like to live with a professional woman but would be happy to live with a professional man if was the right fit.

Would consider earlier move in- I have only put November as the room is currently unfurnished and I would need to rearrange due to working from home.
