The Leighton Buzzard apartment on New Road is a three-bedroom,1st floor, apartment, with it’s own street entrance, kitchen diner, bathroom and separate WC. It's ideal location is close to local shops, large supermarkets, good pubs, cafes and restaurants and the Town Centre, making it suitable for working contractors, business travellers, families (with kids),golfing and other groups.
It's a 7 minute walk into Leighton Buzzard Town Centre and adjacent to a local shopping area with fast food restaurants, convenience store, hairdresser, laundry and pub. There is an Aldi and a TescoExtra supermarket across the canal just 3 minutes’ walk, open until midnight(10-4pm Sundays).
The apartment also has a secure courtyard outside for bicycles etc. If you need more accommodation the White Horse pub opposite may be able to offer en-suite rooms for £45 per night including breakfast.
Neighbours: We are in a sensitive semi residential area and ask our guests to respect this after 11pm and if leaving for work early in the morning.
Parking: On-street parking is available outside the apartment subject to posted restrictions:
•2 hours free parking in the permit holder bays,24/7.
•Single yellow line restricts parking, Monday toFriday 8.30 – 5pm; this means parking is allowed on single yellow lines outside these hours subject to posted restrictions.
There is a small car park at the end of New Rd.next to Wing Rd. with two permit holder only designated bays at the end.
Visitor Parking Permits: Apply online in advance for each 24-hour permit (no paperwork involved) to park Mon-Fri only in the permit holder bays outside the apartment. This costs £1.20 per day or with our tenancy agreement you may apply for a residents parking permit.
