Leigh on Sea is a popular and sought after area. Many Londoners (City workers) live there as there are trains to Fenchurch Street every 15 minutes. The journey is usually between 30 - 45 mins. The nearest train station is Chalkwell which is 10 minutes walk from the property. This particular train line rarely has any problems and you can usually get a seat both ways. The flat is 10 minutes walk to the Sea front. There are many cool bars and restaurants in the broadway (10 minute walk) and is generally a busy area to live in on the weekend. There is always something going on. You will find lots of little vintage shops scattered around too. It isn't a sleepy town!
