I am seeking a lodger for the master bedroom. The spacious room is located in the West End and includes a King Size bed, desk and office chair. Shared areas include the dining area, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Parking is on street only, no permit required, bus stops are at the end of the road.

The 3 bed terrace is a quiet, friendly and respectful set up. You will need to be independent, I am frequently away from home so you would have the place to yourself.
The house is on a quiet residential street, within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants on Braunstone Gate. Tesco Superstore is the nearest big supermarket.

Deposit of £750 is required to secure plus one month rent in advance. References required. The rent includes bills but a contribution is expected towards high usage of gas and electric in winter (which exceeds £100). Minimum rental period is 6 months.
