Part furnished with sofas, fridge/freezer, washing machine (available to buy if required), 1 double bed, furniture in both bedrooms (available to buy if required) curtains and carpets. If you require the furniture mentioned you can either buy it at a reduced cost, or if you don't want the furniture we can clear it out.

If you require to change the decoration, please inform me or if you wish other curtains, please keep hold or return the ones that are up. 

All furniture can be removed if not required and let empty.

Mature garden on different levels reached down stone steps.Great views from the rear of the property. The garden is to be kept maintained or a large chunk will be taken from deposit to get it back into a reasonable order.

Close to the Peak District with many walks and will accept well behaved quiet dogs (larger deposit required for the dogs).

Lees is a lovely village with friendly cosy pubs, coffee shops restaurants and supermarkets all within an easy short stroll there. Convenient buses into Oldham where you can catch the Metroline straight into the centre of Manchester.

Please note that at the moment we are putting a new window into the lounge which will lighten the room up and the garden is being brought back up to scratch. Hence we are looking at renting in July. If you require it earlier and don't mind the work going on round you, then do let us know.

We do require £600 deposit which will be held in the DPS deposit scheme. Two references are required one from the place of work or a previous landlord. These will be checked out before the rent starts.
