Room in a Shared House, Westover Rd, LS13

Hi there, I am renting a room in my mid-terrace home. This is a rare opportunity as you and one other lodger would have sole use of the house - with me (landlady) flitting in and out on occasion as i live, self contained, in the basement. There is currently another double room available too - and potentially a third.....do ask!

You would have a lovely, light and airy double room in the attic, velux windows looking over the park, with an ensuite shower room, and also use of the bathroom (shared only with second lodger), lounge and kitchen.
The lounge has a hammock, a wood burning stove and all the other usual loungey things!

My house backs onto Bramley recreation ground so has a lovely outlook - and in the distance you can see the hills of Ilkley moor.
Bramley swimming baths are just a stroll across the park!
The canal is a 2min drive away (10 min walk) and it's easy to get out west to Otley/Ilkley and the Dales should you enjoy the countryside.
Bramley train station is a 12min walk and trains are 10mins into Leeds centre. Also the 49 and 16 bus from the bottom of the street go to the city centre - or the 91 into Headingly.

I am an Artist working part time in school and part time self employed doing community projects and my own work.

I currently have one other lodger - so feel free to ask if you are needing more than one room.
