We are nearing completion on a property purchase so we need a tenant to take over our remaining lease which runs until 3rd September 2021. Tenancies then run for 6 months upwards, so this would be ideal for someone looking either for a short term let (a couple of months) or longer term. The start date would be 3rd July but this may be a little later if there are any delays (but I would envisage a start date by the end of July at the very latest).

I believe a security deposit would be payable, ours was £735.

To take the remaining 2-3 months of our tenancy, you would simply need to sign a deed of assignment and then sign a new 6 month minimum tenancy in September if you wish to do so.
