The house benefits from an elevated position, is spread across four floors and has generous-sized lounge with new furniture and a dine-in kitchen fully equipped with duplicate ovens, hobs, fridge-freezers, sinks and microwave with ample storage space. There are two bathrooms (one shower only, one bath with shower, both with WC), a utility room with separate washer and dryer and some bicycle storage space. Every bedroom has double bed, wardrobe, desk and, importantly in a large house, its own wash hand basin. 

This is a mixed household and the current occupants are all young professionals seeking new, non-smoking housemates. Either apply as an individual or else as a pre-arranged pair seeking two rooms. Fixed price per person bills package,  subject to reasonable use, is £75pcm additional to room rent covering council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband. Rooms inclusive of bills, therefore, £375pcm.

Privately-owned and managed by liveout NRLA member landlord; viewing/meetings by prior appointment only, to be made through landlord and to be conducted by video link in first instance with one or more current occupants, who are generally available most days/evenings including weekends but with ideally minimum 24 hours' advance notice. Note in a houseshare, it's much more important for all concerned to meet potential housemates than the non-resident landlord anyway!
