This 5 bedroom house is well situated on the edge of Burley, just 200m from the station and on bus routes. It's just a short walk into Headingley and Hyde Park, and Leeds University, Leeds Beckett Headingley and City campuses are all within 25-35 minutes walk.

All rooms are individually let and are perfect for full time postgraduate PhD or masters students, or final year undergrads, as we put together a nice mature hard-working household for the coming academic year. We would also consider letting to a pre-formed group, so please contact us to discuss if necessary.

Room prices are inclusive of all bills including council tax where applicable (Band B).

It has nicely presented rooms of a good size and 2 bathrooms. The shared rooms are spacious and the whole house has a homely feel about it. Outside is a pleasant front garden. The house is a no smoking property.
