Rent is £350 - 2 bedroom fully furnished house with a lounge. 
This flat is fully furnished, Landlord covers for the water rates and the WiFi unit, but you are responsible for the other bills (council tax, elec). 
2 bedroom house with kitchen, lounge and bathroom - fully furnished - 1st floor LOUNGE with a sofa, easy chair, 2 side/coffee tables, wrought iron dining table and 4 chairs, wardrobe with draws, and rug. 
BATHROOM Large shower room with toilet and basin - bathroom Kitchen - decent size with fan assisted oven, elec hob and extractor fan. microwave, Fridge freezer and washing machine. In the hall is the iron and ironing board, hoover and spare chair. fully set up with crockery, pans, cutlery, trays and dishes. 
next set of stairs take you to the spacious back attic bedroom - with double bed with memory foam mattress, hanging rail, a number of chests of draws and large red rug, laptop work station and easy chair and a lovely exposed wooden beam.IF this room is taken by a couple, you will need to pay £100 extra towards that person and split the elec and council bill by how ever many are in the house. THe front attic room is a little smaller than the back attic room, it has a single bed and an easy chair and cushion seat, and hanging rack, As we let this as an airbnb crystal clean property you must keep this place clean, and when you give back the property we will charge you if its not fully deep cleaned. 
THe central heating system is under floor heating, so only elec bill to pay in this house, and the council tax - cat A,OUTSIDE there is a nice sunny garden with a wooden table and 2 benches. THis space get full sun from 10am till 8pm in the summer months. YOu have the elec and water bill to pay and the council tax, the wifi is paid for by myself. No bedding, towels, linen or dovets and pillows are provided in this let. Rent is to be 2 months in advance and a deposit of £350 will also be taken.
Also I am getting a lot of time wasters, or even con artists. I am bring to your attention that I need photo ID, I need to do a video call so I can check that your picture matches the picture on the passport and I will need a reference. All of this is normal procedure with a let, but its much more difficult because because of COvid-19 lockdown and the fact I am out of the country so we have to do this on a video call. Please stop asking me for a drop in rent price, and I want a normal well balanced person who sticks to the house rules, and I will not let you view if you do not meet the criteria that i am requesting. Ive had many more odd people than normal and Id rather have this place unlet then inadvertently take a bad tenant. So if you are not prepared to follow this simples of ID etc then please DO NOT request a viewing.Also if you are an estate agent or someone offering to let the property for me..... please dont contact me, I dont use estate agents.
