Room in a Shared Flat, Eldon Court, LS2

I am advertising my room for rent as I have finished my course and need to return to my country in January but there’s still outstanding rent to be paid on the contract/lease which ends in April 2022. The contract can always be extended if you want to stay there. I need someone to take over the rest of my contract basically.

I have paid the rent up to December 2021 so you just need to pay January and April rent when it’s due (see rent schedule on pictures)

It has good facilities including a gym, games room, laundry room and other facilities. The accommodation close to Leeds city centre and the universities. All bills included and wifi included.

The room is large with its own toilet and bathroom. The kitchen is shared with other 3 flatmates

The room will be available from December 31st
