Room in a Shared Flat, Clarence Rd, LS10

Room available in a shared flat at a student accommodation village in Leeds. 1 bedroom and bathroom with shared kitchen between 3 other flatmates excluding me. Really nice people who are friendly and respectful. Also, a really good and friendly environment with lots of support and care from staff on site. The accommodation village also includes a gym, a common room to hang out, a bike shed and a laundrette. It's also in a great area along the river near the docks with beautiful scenery. It is only a 5-10 min walk from the centre of Leeds so easy access for travel or going on a night out. I couldn't recommend this place enough. It is perfect for anyone who thinks they should maybe try living on their own and experience a different environment.  The only reason I am leaving is unfortunately due to a family circumstance but it will be great for whoever takes my place!
