The house is part-furnished and we can remove whatever you need if you want it taking out, or leave some of it. It's all negotiable.

Elsham Terrace is a really lovely street to live on, an up and coming area with it being close to the Vue Cinema, the bowling alley, the great Cardigan Arms pub and countless lovely restaurants. There's an Asda close by, various gyms, and Morrisons for your big shop at the end of Kirkstall Road.

Plus it's only a ten minute bus journey into the city centre, and a ten minute walk to Burley Park train station.
It's mostly young professionals as opposed to students, so it's quiet but with a lovely community feel. People look out for each other on this street and all the neighbours are friendly. The main advantage is that it is close to everything, but it is not flanked by Burley Road or Kirkstall Road, so it is not used as a thoroughfare by local traffic, meaning it's really nice and quiet. Consequently there's generally plenty of on-street parking, too.
