Moving abroad for work and seek a tenant that will care for my flat as their own and respect the neighbours. The flat is a small place with limited storage but is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. It's ideal for a single bachelor or a couple of working professionals. It is not suitable for families. I’ve been gradually upgrading it but the move abroad now means I won’t be able to do the kitchen and bathroom. The decor isn't quite in keeping with the rest of the flat but they're clean and everything works as it should. The bathroom and kitchen are also situated on the internal aspect of the building so have no window. The price covers the monthly rent and maintenance fee (which covers weekly cleaning, gardening and parking). Westbury Gardens itself is an old building with character and original features, and sits very close to number of great parks and amenities. It is council tax band B. All other tenants in the building are working adults. Available 20th Feb (with some flexibility). 

It is not being offered to students (except PHD), DSS or families. This is small property with limited storage - it is not big enough for families. 

May be open to one small pet.
