Moving abroad for work and seek a tenant that will care for my flat as their own and respect the neighbours. The flat is a small place with limited storage but is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. It's ideal for a single bachelor or a couple of working professionals. It is not suitable for families. I’ve been gradually upgrading it but the move abroad now means I won’t be able to do the kitchen and bathroom.
