This is a really small but cosy 1 bedroom back to back house in Armley. South faced, it does get a lot of light and sun. The ground floor has the kitchen living room area. There is a small cellar for storage. Upstairs is the master bedroom and the bathroom.
Please note, the stairs from the living room to the bath and bedroom are quite steep. If you have problems with walking or with climbing stairs, this property may not be suitable.
The house is close to Gotts Park, public transport, shops and the center of Armley. The Leeds Liverpool canal is close by which makes it easy to get into Leeds city center on the bike or by foot. There is parking in front of the house.
There is also an enclosed garden / outside area next to the house.
The neighbours are really quiet which make the house suitable for a professional who also enjoys peace and calm. It is not suitable for someone who likes loud music, partying or noisy entertaining. Sorry, but the neighbours are elderly and would prefer a more quiet person.
The rent is £550 / month. This does not include bills.
