this lovely cosy flat has a shared entrance with the tenants upstairs (2 bed flat upstairs that maybe available to rent in the future), they have the front garden. Your entrance door leads off the hallway and takes you into the lounge which is the central hub for this lovely flat. the lounge has a comfy 2 seater sofa and ikea chair and a dinning table for 2 people. the fire place has a pretty elec fire with a lovely changeable colour option and heat. 
At the back is the galley kitchen with a door to the private and secure yard, with flowers and a bench.The kitchen has a fan assisted oven and gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and every thing you will need for basic cooking, so pots, pans, casserole dishes, utensils and knives, chopping boards, glasses, mugs, tea pot and crockery. ALso has a fridge, built in oven, hob and extractor, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. 
The bathroom has good storage, and a door from the lounge leads into the toilet and basin area and then through into the shower area, The shower area is separated by a vanity wall, rather than door to give better light into the bathroom and this area has a good extractor fan to remove any moisture form the shower so will nto effect the bathroom. THe shower is electric. The shower is a good size and fully enclosed with a glass surround and raised tray. the bedroom leads off from this and  is flooded with a lovely light.Again lots of storage, tall draws, side table and a wardrobe with draws and shelves, double bed and lots of good lighting, pictures. A nice stone plinth feature with shelves and laminated floors.
This place feels like home, its great if you are looking for something fully furnished that you can come to for work reasons and stay for a short period.

The lounge is an excellent size and offers a dining area and sofa bed and easy chair.
The shared entrance to the house, then leads to your front door of the flat which is private form this point onwards.
From the lounge you have access to all areas of the flat.The kitchen is a fully fitted galley kitchen, with access to a private gated secure yard.You can also enter by this way if you prefer.
Nice cosy little flat with a private yard at the back.Great place if you are looking for a relatively quiet place to rest. This flat was advertised for shorter lets at a much higher price, so if you ask me for a short period of time than the 6 months, the price will mirror this in relationship to your time in the flat, the shorter the let the more expensive the time will be as there will be much more admin time involved and then we will most likely do the let via airbnb. 
The bedroom is underneath the 1st floor flat lounge but they are under instructions to turn the tv down at 10pm as i own both the flats.However if you are light sleeper, this may not be the right flat for you.
Longer term lets Landlord requirements No smoking in the property full stop. I am looking for tenants who are respectful of other, generally I find a person 25 and over understands this. If you are younger and will be considerate of this and can demonstrate this great and only a few years younger than my stipulated age. If you have a pet, then you need to pay a pet bond and an extra £50 a month on your rent as i automatically replace the lounge carpet and underlay after you leave. I will also need to meet the pet to make sure it will fit with the house size and not a nuisance animal. It goes without saying that I will not tolerate anyone who takes drugs or is involved with drugs, just so you fully understand this before applying.
The corona virus issue - To keep everyone safe, I have taken a few measures to ensure everyone is protected, so please come prepared with gloves and a mask for all of those who are viewing, and put them on before entering the property, and only remove when you are leaving. My tenant  in the flat above you, will be in charge of keys and letting you into the flat for me, as he lives in the flat above you. 

 I am looking for a tenant who is considerate to their neighbours, does not have parties, does not smoke in the house, keeps it clean and tidy and is respectful to the property, the items in it and neighbours.
