This lovely light filled flat, has a shared entrance with the tenants upstairs - idea for 2 people, not for anymore as i dont allow over crowding.  PLUS a separate back entrance.The tenants upstairs have the front garden. Your entrance door leads off the hallway and takes you into the lounge with a large bay window and wooden blinds.  the lounge has a comfy 2 seater sofa and a box with cushions which can be used for sitting on with a modern glass coffee table.. the fire place has a pretty elec fire with a lovely changeable colour option and heat. THe bedroom in from the lounge and mini hall and the on suit bathroom. THe bedroom is a reasonable size with a double bed and comfy memory foam mattress, 2 sets of draws and a wardrobe and storage shelving. THe floor is laminated.The bathroom leads form the bathroom and though its small it has a good powerful electric shower. GO back in to the small hall and down the original stone steps into the Basement kitchen. With its spacious area and plenty of storage cupboard space. THis has natural light coming in the form the window and door that leads out into your own private yard at the back. It did have flowers but the last guys have killed them off, so I'm sure if you want you can plant and nurture your own in my pots. Its a great spot for a barbecue and this hopefully should still be there for your use. The kitchen has a fan assisted oven and gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and every thing you will need for basic cooking, so pots, pans, casserole dishes, utensils and knives, chopping boards, glasses, mugs, tea pot and crockery AND  a washing machine  and a tiled floor, as well as its own table and 2 chairs for dining. This place feels like home, its great if you are looking for something fully furnished that you can come to for work reasons and stay for a short period.gas combi boiler heating system with an elec shower. Great place if you are looking for a relatively quiet place to rest.The bedroom is at the back of the house, and on street parking too.  
 I am looking for tenants who are respectful of other, generally I find a person 25 and over understands this.
