There's is no official car parking space with the flat, but previous tenants have often struck a deal with the neighbouring pub or Firenze restaurant. I always parked my car there when I lived there and local businesses were usually more than happy to  accommodate. This however will be down to the tenant to arrange and is thus, not guaranteed.
