Room in a Shared House, Leamington Spa, CV31

We are looking for a student ( mature) who is looking for a calm, quite room in a large family home ( my children have left and gone to uni). no bills, free wifi  no hefty deposit.  We have cats and dogs and we are a warm family . We do not expect you to get involved with us but if you do that is fine. The kitchen will be shared with the family but it is large. you can have use of  the large garden and there is free parking. You will have use of the top floor of the house and there is a bathroom for the top floor only. This is ideal for someone who does not want the additional hassle of bills and hefty deposits or paying over the holidays. ideally for a phd student or a visiting lecturer/ student to Warwick or Coventry university. We are a 7 min walk to Leamington  station and on the bus route to the uni too. ( about 30 minutes away). We would consider a professional or weekday rental too
