Room in a Shared House, Bow Street, TA10

Due to our previous housemate having to move out we are in need of a housemate/lodger.

The house consists of large garden, kitchen, front room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and own fridge available. Bills including WiFi will be included in weekly room rent. A cleaner will be brought in once a week for communal areas.

We have 2 spare rooms available. Happy to rent separately or together. Would work nicely to give housemate/lodger a bedroom and living space for privacy(will consider providing a sofa for Bedroom 2 if renting in this combination- get in touch for rental on both rooms as weekly rent may change). Bedroom 1 has a double bed included. Desk available in both rooms. No other furnishings provided.

Both rooms are doubles - Bedroom 2 is smaller.

Couples will be considered - weekly rent may change as bills are included on list price (please get in touch to discuss details)

Pets will be considered - this may affect security deposit (please get in touch to discuss details) - Any consideration of pets will depend on the success of meeting with the current dog living in the property.

Our house is attached to a church so room mate/lodger must be considerate of those who attend the church.

We both work in varying shifts, however there tends to always be someone in the house.

We often have friends over to play video/board games of a weekend.

No access to parking spaces however there is a free car park over the road we use and have never had a problem with.

In the process of clearing these rooms out so pictures are pending.

Date available is approximate. For the right room mate/lodger(s) room(s) can be available sooner.


House mate/lodger(s) will have no rights to the tenancy agreement already in place.
