Room in a Shared House, Bushby Close, BN15

We are an easygoing family of three looking for an individual female to rent a room. We are offering a furnished double bedroom in a 4 bedroom semi-detached house with very large garden and on street parking. The room consists of 1 single bed(can be removed if necessary) a built in cupboard, a freestanding wardrobe, a chest of draws and multiple power points. There is a spacious bathroom that would be shared with one other as well as use of the dining room. You would also be more than welcome to use our large well kept garden. Please be aware that we do have a dog, but he is very well behaved and does not go upstairs. The room is located upstairs next to the bathroom and toilet which will only be shared with our 21 year old daughter. You will have the use of the washing machine once a week and will have open use to the kitchen facilities.
