The flat is in Galgate about 1.2 miles from the university campus and is on the main bus route to the university and town centre. There is a shared backyard with outside table and chairs ideal for summer evenings and cycle storage can be made available if required. Cyclists can enjoy a choice of pleasant rural routes to the university. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the campus library or 10 minutes to cycle. 
Rent of £480 per month includes electricity and gas, fast internet and TV licence and council tax if applicable. There will be no admin charges and you will be dealing directly with the owner/landlord. References / eligibility to rent may be required.
Please note that parking is an issue in Galgate and this room is best suited to someone who does not need a car.
