The communal lounge has: a HUGE Flat screen HD SMART TV, blu-ray player, sofas, lamps, funny sitting chairs, board games and side tables
The outside space is fully gated and offers secure bike racking. Graffiti on the wall compliments of ZASE graffiti! (think M32 turtle)
All bills included (water, gas, electric, council tax, high speed broadband, communal cleaner). Absolutely NO hidden fees and likely to surprise you with treats if you look after our house!

Kingswood leisure centre (Active) is 7 minutes away and has a 25m swimming pool, fitness classes, squash courts, diving boards, 4-badminton courts, soft play and fitness gym. With on-line booking it is open from 6.15am - 10pm! while for something a bit different, you can join the American-style musical marching band the 37th Kingswood Drum Corps!!
Kingschase Shopping Centre houses a variety of shops, and high street retailers and is just a 6 minute walk from the front door!
Longwell Green is an 11 minute drive away - this is home to Aspects Leisure Park which includes Vue cinema, Bowling, Fitness First and Dining aplenty!
