Five minutes' walk from Kingston Town centre, bus and train stations and the river. Access to Richmond Park is very close by.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and space for a desk. The communal rooms are well furnished with TV, washing machine and tumble dryer, and are professionally cleaned every two weeks, making for a friendly and comfortable house share. The property comes with a well maintained, tidy and secluded garden with a large outside seating area for eating and relaxing in. There is also parking space for two cars on the driveway.

A WhatsApp group has been created for fast response to any maintenance issues. The house has all the required licences and deposits are protected by a government deposit scheme.
