Room in a Shared Flat, Kingston, KT2

The room on offer is the living room of a two bed, ground floor flat, which has been converted into a large third bedroom.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, sofas + coffee table.

The flat comes with a shared bathroom/shower room, fully equipped kitchen and is shared by myself and my other flatmate in the other two rooms.

The flat is opposite a large ASDA and a short walk from Kingston town centre as well local train stations. It is also about a 20 min walk from the river Thames and Richmond park.

Me and my flatmate are both male, between 25-35 and working full time. We are looking for someone similar to replace our third flatmate.

-Damage deposit (£614) and 1 month's rent (£502) would be required upfront. But no estate agent fees since I am advertising the room myself.
-Bills are not included
(However our gas bill is just for the hob and boiler for central heating. Hot water for shower/taps is from a communal boiler which we do not pay for)
