A beautiful, bright and happy studio flat close to Kingston University. The Kingston Uni Penrhyn Road Campus and the Knight's Park Campus (Kingston School of Art) are about a 5 minute walk away. (Surbiton station is about a 10 minute walk away in the opposite direction.)

The flat is fully self contained. There is a large studio room with an xl double bed; modern kitchenette; washing/drying machine; wardrobe; chest of drawers; desk and so on. There is a modern shower room with a small (but cute) bath, shower, toilet, basin. The double windows overlook the garden.

There is a door entry system and a very safe fire alarm system.

The rent includes the gas bill (gas central heating, which is a significant cost) and the water rates bill. As a full time student you do not pay council tax. Only electricity is on top of the rent.

The other flats in the building are rented by Kingston University students. You are fully independent in this studio but you have friendly Uni students around should you need them. Please note this is a STUDENT ONLY FLAT.
