We have a double room available to rent in our shared house located close to Norbiton station. 

-The room is for 1 person only (no couples)

-Spacious double room with built in wardrobes. -It comes unfurnished.

-7min walk to Norbiton Station with good connection to London Waterloo within 29min

-213 bus is less than 2min walk away and it runs 24h (it takes you to Kingston)

-very close to Kingston Hospital, it would suit someone who works there.

-rent is £625 per calendar month inclusive of all bills (optic fibre, gas, electrics, water, council tax, tv license, etc)

-house is big and shared with 3 other working professionals (2 females and 1 male, all from Spain)

-1 big bathroom upstairs and 1 small toilet downstairs

-good sized living room

-huge back garden with table and chairs, ideal for summer barbecues and hanging out with friends

-good sized kitchen and separate utility room which includes washing machine, 2 fridge freezers and plenty of space for food storage, hanging laundry, etc

-driveway at the front of the house so it’s ideal if you are a car owner

-available from August

-we are friendly, chilled people who like to maintain a clean house. We work long hours during the week, so it’s normally quiet during those days, but we like to socialise and sometimes we spend time together during the weekends (cooking nice food, playing games, enjoying a drink, etc)
