Room in a Shared House, Earle Gardens, KT2

the house is in a quiet cul de sac with a small garden. Two rooms are available. One on the ground floor, the other on the second floor.  Both rooms have usual facilities table bed wardrobe chair bookshelf kettle . The rent for each room ( 600 per month each room) is inclusive of utilities and internet.it is very convenient  for London by  district line tube as well as Kingston train  station 5 minutes away from this location many buses at Cromwell road  bus  terminal. it is near town centre with shops cinema theatre as well as swimming pool  kingfisher and Richmond open pool in summer .  The rooms are let separately. I am looking for considerate trustworthy individual with sense of humour.  no shift workers or clubbers please. kitchen is available by arrangements from 7 am to 9am and evenings from 6pm to 8 pm not  later than 9pm . at weekends between 12 am and 2 pm. Washing machine available for a small fee by prior arrangement.
