Room in a Shared Flat, Kingston Hill, KT2

Looking for a new friendly and respectful flatmate.

I try to always have a “friends” (the tv show) vibe at home, my previous flatmates are now very good and dear friends.

LGBTQ+ friendly.  Racists and hate person not allowed. It’s a anti hate home.

Flat is 5min walk from Kingston hospital, 5min walk from Norbiton station and 15-20min walk from Kingston town centre. Bus stop next to the flat.

Shared living room, kitchen, balcony (in both rooms) and bathroom/ toilets

the landlords are very nice people, and will fix any problems in the flat very quickly.

Regarding bill payments is at the same time as rent, here is an estimate : the internet is £9 each, water about £12-14 each, gas and electricity about £40-50 each. Council tax is about £112 each so total per month with rent is about £850

You will be living with my cat Lily and I, no cats or dogs allowed as my cat does not like other pets but animal lovers are more than welcome  !!

I’m mostly working (not from home) and when not I’ll be chilling, watching tv. I don’t drink or go out, I like to stay indoors - I’m quite introverted so please no party people…

There’s a balcony so if you are a smoker it will always have to be outside or on the balcony.
No smoking inside.
