my property is located in north Lynn in kings Lynn its a spacious two bedroom flat with external storage and parking, there is a large court yard at the back with a security gate.the bath room has a shower and a bath with toilet and sink.the kitchen has a washing machine and a drying rack.the lounge is large with a big sofa which can seat 4 or more people.the broadband is fast and reliable. the room does have reliable heating with double glazing.
the bills are included, how ever if you wish to bring a television you will have to purchase a television licence.the local shops a a 10 minute walk away and the train station is 2 miles away there is a bus stop 2 minute walk away on the next street with regular pick ups.the room is available 7 days a week.
