Large comfortable double bedroom available in three bedroom house with all bills included. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower, use of kitchen and garden. Must like animals as I have two very friendly small dogs that love a fuss.
As well as use of the patio and garden there is also a very large vegetable garden available for sole use by any keen gardeners by separate negotiation at a small additional cost.
There is plenty of on street parking right outside the door as well as a couple of free car parks just up the road. Shops, cafes, train station, bus stop, pubs, post office and doctors surgery are all within a couple of minutes walk. If you enjoy being outside there are some fantastic walks, Kidwelly castle and beaches very close by.
