All crockery and cooking equipment is included and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living! There is also a utility room in the hallway where you will have free use of a washing machine and dryer and a living room with multiple seating, a TV and a dining table. You will also have use of the living room where there is a sofa and TV. There is parking available on the driveway for 4 cars as well as extra on-street parking and further parking on the next street.

There is a recreation ground within walking distance where you can go for a walk, as well as a Co-op a short walk away. There is also a Tesco Metro a short drive away. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes walk away with buses into Oxford. Bicester can also be accessed by car within 15 minutes.
