Mature, professional postgraduate student from the U.S. (24-year old male) seeks housemate starting August 2021. Your own bedroom, plus kitchen, living room, bathroom, office, and garden space, all in a well-maintained semi-detached house in Kidlington. Living room and kitchen are furnished, and bedroom comes with a desk and side table. Rent is £625/month and additionally about £40/month in utilities.

Location is very convenient. The house is less than a minute's walk to the Garden City bus stop, which gets you to Oxford city center in 15-20 minutes. (You could also walk to Kidlington city center in roughly the same time.) The house is also about two minutes on foot from the Kidlington Sainsbury's superstore, but the neighborhood is still quiet and secluded.

You'll also be living with Onyx, my 7-year old, house broken black lab. He's adopted, and due to past experiences can be nervous when meeting a new person, but once you're acquainted you'll get along great - and he's pretty cute to boot (see picture). He sleeps in my room with me.

There's also lots of back garden space, plus a workshop, of which we haven't made much use except for playing fetch. Gardeners, DIY enthusiasts, etc., are welcome to have fun with it. There is also a large garage for storage or a car.
