The flat is a three-bedroom flat, it is in a quiet part of Kenilworth, close to The University of Warwick, it would suit final year, masters and PhD students. Student status is required to live in this apartment.

The room is fully furnished with double bed and mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair.
It is about 10 square meters + its own bathroom (£450 per month)

The apartment is gas centrally heated and fully double glazed and insulated. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc and a kitchen table and chairs.

There is a garage for bicycle storage.

There is direct access to the cycleway that goes straight to the University, and a bus stop which is only 3 stops to the University is 200 meters away.
