Pets considered but limited to one cat or one dog. Tenants may have a lodger, subject to the Landlord's approval, but this would be a private agreement between the tenant and their lodger and the tenant would still bear sole responsibility for the tenancy and the rent. If the tenant fails a right to rent check or hasn't taken the necessary steps to ensure they can meet the criteria and rent they will be required to pay for the reference.
I'm a reasonable landlord. I didn't charge fees even before they were banned, I'll fix things quickly and I won't charge you for general wear and tear.
PLEASE NOTE the property is on the market so you should be aware that the property could be sold but you will not be asked to leave before the end of your assured short term tenancy agreement.
