Room in a Shared Flat, Mistley Thorn, IG1

I have a double room available for rent from 12th September in a spacious two bedroom 1st floor flat. There is plenty of storage in the room as well as the rest of the flat. There is one bathroom so it will have to be shared along with the kitchen and lounge.

The flat is located around a 5-7 minute walk to Gants Hill station and there is a bus stop within a 1 minute walk. The bus takes 5 minutes to Ilford station which is alternatively a 20-25 minute walk.

If you prefer to drive the flat is around 1-5 minutes from both Gants Hill and Redbridge round about, if traffic is free-flowing. There is adequate street parking outside the flat.

I currently have a long term female renting the other bedroom (therefore female preferred) who has a very friendly house cat. So animal lovers only please. Opposite there is a lovely park if you like the out doors and there are plenty of convenience shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
