Room in a Shared Flat, Fencepiece Road, IG6

I am looking for relaxed people to share my house/flat with.

I am a 30 year old chilled guy (asain) who loves video games, anime and movies, I have 3 cats, i'm very understanding, love socialising, love recommending movies and love watching recommendations.

Love competing in video games, simply love meeting new people from all backgrounds.

I have one single room, with wardrobe and single bed, very cosy room and get plenty of light.


There is also a double room with double bed and a wardrobe, this room is very nice and gets lots of sunlight. (Now let)

There is a shared living room with a smart TV, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, Nintendo Switch, HTPC gaming PC with lots of PC games. broadband included, competitive, co-op multiplayer gaming nights/ movie night on 120" projection TV.

A good kitchen with all modern cons, this household benefits from a condensing tumble dryer, (no more hanging and waiting for your washed laundry to dry, clothing that don't dry properly tend to stink up more then before it was washed) this dryer eliminates all that problem. A life saver in winter.

A Bathroom with a very large beautiful bathtub and WC.

Lots of shops just 3 minutes away, there's a Chinese restaurant next door, a convenience store across the road, Portuguese restaurant, Indian vegetarian restaurant, barbers, Flores flower shop, pub around the corner, a library and Leisure Centre 5 mins away with Gym and swimming pool. Bus stop to Stratford/central 20 steps away. Nice location with fairlop underground tube station 5 mins away on foot, co-op and Lidl 10 minutes walk, KFC etc, and barkingside station about 10 minutes away.
