The property is well-maintained, and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. Communal areas are cleaned regularly. We focus on finding like-minded housemates to ensure a peaceful and easy-going home environment. This accommodation would be best suited to male or female housemates who like to enjoy a relaxed and quiet home. These studios are for one person, we do not accept couples.

Move-in monies will be one month's rent in advance plus a deposit (equivalent to one month's rent) minus the holding deposit. No fees.
