Three bedroom. Family home and the children have now moved out so I have available one room with a shared bathroom with a shared kitchen and a shared dining room access to the back garden which is in a small enclosed shared courtyard. All the bills are included in the price. I do have a dog be kept away unless you like animals and would prefer very well-behaved. Student, or professional worker. Unfortunately, no other persons will be allowed into the property. I do have CCTV and I do have a ring doorbell also the front garden, the living room and the other two bedrooms and the other bathroom will be locked for use of family only.
