Designed in a unique industrial style – cool,quirky yet homely feel – our Classic Plus Studios (our second largest studio with a bit more space)feature a comfy ottoman double bed, underfloor heating, dining table, fast Wi-Fiand kitchenette – complete with double hob, fridge and microwave.
As well as a large window (that does open) to helpfill the room with lots of natural light, the studio also features a goodamount of storage with a number of built in cupboards around the room.
The shower room comes in two styles, either abright wet room space with large walk-in rain style shower or traditionaltoilet, sink and shower unit.
On top of your own personal studio space, you willalso have full access to the communal lounge and co-working space on the groundfloor – where you will be able to meet our other like-minded residents (we callthem members). A great space for thosewho need to work from home, the area features communal co-working tables, completewith power sockets and USB ports, a free pool table, comfy seating area, widescreen TV, hi-spec vending machine and a coffee station where the coffee’s on us!The area also comes with hi-speed Wi-Fi.

There is also an outdoor patio plus the buildingoffers a secure entry phone system and an underground car park. Landryrooms with washing machines and dryers can also be found in the building.
